A quiet and dark teen, Manny likes to keep to himself. He comes from a lower-middle class family, living with his mother. He has a lot of friends around, including Derek and Tony, but still tries to keep to himself most of the time, enjoying the solitude. Manny goes to Ijin HS, on the more technical side of town and the rival school to Tenshi HS. His life may not have been the best so far in his 17 years, but he likes to try to make the best of it. He cannot stand to see girls and his friends in trouble, and will use his new found and not fully known powers to stop the on-coming darkness. He may harness mysterious powers of darkness, but he uses it for good, not evil.
